The Contours

The Contours was a soul singing group on the Motown label during the 1960s. Their biggest hit, "Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)", was a pop hit in 1961, and was prominently featured in the 1987 motion picture Dirty Dancing.

One of the mid-1960s Contours, Dennis Edwards, later became lead singer of The Temptations and a solo hitmaker as well.
