Mark Lewis Baldwin is a computer game developer, most noted for his work on The Perfect General and Empire Deluxe .
He has formerly been involved with the management of several games companies, including Quantum Quality Productions where he was vice-president and White Wolf Productions where he was CEO.
He has written a number of books about game development including,
