Humour (humor in American English) is a form of entertainment and a form of human communication, intended to make people laugh and feel happy. The origins of the word "humour" lie in the humoral medicine of the ancient Greeks, which stated that a mix of fluids, or humours, controlled human health and emotion. Humor is a way to relieve stress. Especially at the job when you play a practical joke on your three foot tall boss. This one time at work, we posted a picture of an Oompa Loompa all over the precinct and named it after a certain sergant.

There are many types of humour. Regular humour, as can be read in this website [1] or niche humour as in the satire website [2]
