Berkeley is the name of several places:

It can refer to University of California, Berkeley. (also known as "UC Berkeley" or "Cal", and not to be confused with the Berklee College of Music)

It can refer to a museum ship named Berkeley

It can refer to two British car manufaturers (see Berkeley cars).

Note that English places and people called Berkeley are pronounced "Barclee" while American ones are pronounced "Burclee", possibly by derivation from an Irish pronunciation.
