Anitra Steen (born May 13 1949 in Fagersta, Westmannia, Sweden) is a Swedish civil servant. As of 2004 she is the manager of Systembolaget, the Swedish national alcohol retailing monopoly. In that role she has been forced to cope with a full blown corruption scandal, involving bribery of shop managers and senior staff by suppliers.
She married Göran Persson, the Prime Minister of Sweden, on December 6 2003. Because of her personal connection to the head of the Swedish government, her independence as a board member of Scandinavian Airlines, which is jointly owned by the Scandinavian governments, has been put in question by some.
